以磷灰石为主要原料合成的特种硅酸盐无定形体玻璃,经高温再熔融,并进行连续纺丝制成长纤维,在不同PH 值的磷酸铵溶液中处理纤维表面,因而导致纤维表面性质以及纤维单丝的物理,力学性能的变化,同时也改变了纤维和生体的亲和性。这种材料在生体内不被吸收;处理、成形、消毒容易;又具有重量轻、机械强度高等特点。因此,作为整形外科的新型材料,已引起医疗界广为关注。
