针对进口铜熔转炉减速机在运行中箱体过热并且翻转电流多大问题,通过对进口减速机蜗轮蜗杆传动级的承载能力分析,提出了改善传动性能的方法,对蜗轮副中心距进行适当调整,同时为了尽量保持减速机的联接尺寸对减速机的箱体尺寸进行调整优化。为改善蜗轮副的接触区,将刮削研磨与重载跑合相结合,接触斑点大小得到充分提高,国产化后的减速机运行平稳,翻转电流大大降低。
