探讨了24-表油菜素内酯(EBR)对低氧胁迫黄瓜幼苗根系有氧呼吸同工酶表达的影响。结果表明:低氧胁迫增强了异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)及苹果酸酶(ME)同工酶的表达,并产生了一些新的条带;低氧下施用10-3mg·L-1的外源EBR处理后6、9d时IDH、MDH同工酶的表达分别比单纯低氧处理提高了52.8%、13.6%及39.1%、11.3%,ME同工酶的表达在处理3d时比单纯低氧处理提高了11.6%,SDH同工酶表达6、9d时则分别比单纯低氧处理下降了42.9%和36.1%。可见,低氧胁迫下营养液添加EBR可调节黄瓜根系IDH、SDH、MDH及ME同工酶的表达,进而有利于缓解低氧胁迫对黄瓜幼苗根系的伤害。
The effects of 24-epibrassinolide (EBR) on the expression of aerobic respiration isoenzymes in roots of cucumber seedlings under hypoxia stress were investigated. The results showed that hypoxia stress enhanced the expression of iso-citrate dehydrogenase (IDH), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and malic enzyme (ME) The expression of IDH and MDH isozymes increased 52.8% and 13.6% respectively at 6 and 9 d after hypoxia treatment with 10-3 mg · L -1 exogenous EBR 39.1% and 11.3% respectively. The expression of ME isoenzymes increased by 11.6% and 42.9% and 36.1% respectively compared with those treated by hypoxia alone. It can be seen that the addition of EBR to nutrient solution under hypoxia can regulate the expression of IDH, SDH, MDH and ME isozymes in cucumber roots, which is beneficial to alleviate the damage of root system of cucumber seedlings under hypoxia stress.
