空间弯管处于锅炉的过热器、水冷壁、省煤器等部位,这些管子参与水汽气循环,工作环境为高温高热,若是质量不高,必然影响到锅炉的安全运行。在考虑空间弯管材质、金属工艺、机械性能等基本质量指标因素基础上,还必须考虑到弯管曲率半径、折弯角度、变形率等因素,加强空间弯管的质量检验,保障锅炉的安全运行。
The space elbow is located in the boiler superheater, water wall, economizer and other parts, these tubes involved in water vapor circulation, the working environment is high temperature and heat, if the quality is not high, will inevitably affect the safe operation of the boiler.
