货物转向架是运输长大货物的重要装载加固装置,中心销轴是货物转向架的关键零件。在货物运输过程中,如果发生货物转向架中心销轴折断,将会造成车辆脱轨、颠覆等事故。本文根据中心销轴材质和结构特点,提出采用超声探伤和磁粉探伤相结合的方法,制定中心销轴超声探伤和磁粉探伤工艺,检测中心销轴内部缺陷以及表面疲劳裂纹,以保证中心销轴的使用安全。
