目前切削液出现了从油向水转移的趋势,水基合成切削液被作为先进的切削液来研究。为了克服其润滑性差的缺点,本试验以蓖麻油为基础合成了一系列水溶性润滑剂,在四球机上测定最大无卡咬负荷和烧结负荷,发现硫化蓖麻油磷酸钠效果最好,含5%的硫化蓖麻油磷酸钠水溶液与20号机油、硫化切削油在四球机上对比试验,其抗磨损特性大大优于20号机油和硫化切削油。将硫化蓖麻油磷酸钠配制成合成切削液,在YS—5132型高速插齿机上,以粗插520次/分,精插1040次/分的速度进行高速插齿,与20号机油进行对比切削试验,其加工光洁度、刀具寿命都比20号机油有提高,并克服了用切削油加工时发烟、污染的缺点和减少机床的冲击振动等。该切削液同时具有较好的防锈性和消泡性,可在高速切削中推广。
