在温度16℃、19℃,相对湿度80±5%的条件下,进行了方叶栉眼蚤感染鼠疫菌后的菌栓形成能力、生存期限(寿命)及集群叮咬传播鼠疫等实验。结果表明:该蚤不能形成菌栓,平均寿命44.13天,阴转率68.52%~76.19%,经多批次集群蚤叮咬大绒鼠不能感染鼠疫,媒介效能为零。证实方叶栉眼蚤在我省野鼠鼠疫自然疫源地中的传播媒介,即媒介蚤的地位不能成立,对鼠疫菌的种群延续没有实质的流行病学意义。
Under the conditions of temperature 16 ℃, temperature 19 ℃ and relative humidity 80 ± 5%, experiments on the formation of bacteria, lifespan (lifespan) and spread of plague bites were carried out.
