目的:采用新的化学发光体系对安乃近进行定量测定。方法:当安乃近及重铬酸钾混合溶液与酸性的罗丹明6G溶液相遇时,会产生强烈的化学发光信号,根据光信号的大小可定量测定安乃近的含量。结果:工作曲线线性范围为0.005~20.0μg·mL-1,检出限为0.002μg·mL-1,此为目前安乃近的所有化学发光测定法中最低的检出限值。结论:该方法已成功用于片剂药物中安乃近的定量测定,为安乃近药物的生产控制、产品检测提供了一种新的测试手段。也因此提出一种新的化学发光体系,用于其它还原性物质的化学发光测定。
Objective: The new chemiluminescence system was used for the quantitative determination of Analgin. Methods: When metamizole and potassium dichromate solution mixed with acidic rhodamine 6G solution, a strong chemiluminescence signal will be generated. According to the size of optical signal, the content of metamizole may be quantitatively determined. Results: The linear range of the working curve was 0.005 ~ 20.0μg · mL-1, the detection limit was 0.002μg · mL-1, which is the lowest detection limit of all chemiluminescence assays of metadol. Conclusion: The method has been successfully used in the quantitative determination of metamizole tablets, which provides a new test method for the production control and product testing of metamisol. Therefore, a new chemiluminescence system is proposed for chemiluminescence determination of other reducing substances.
