人员配置是直接关系图书馆管理发展的重要因素,一直以来缺乏定编依据和优化配置标准。运用标杆管理的方法在独立院校图书馆人员配置方面的应用,通过改变传统的图书馆人员定岗方法,形成有特点的管理模式,重点是更好的为学院师生服务,确定合理的指标数值比例,有效安排读者服务人员配置数量,以提高图书馆综合能力。
