目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位、脑电图在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病诊断中的作用。方法通过使用MEB-9100型BAEP仪及ZN-7800型8导EEG仪,对36例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)检查结果的分析。结果BAEP正常6例(16.7%),异常30例(83.3%)。EEG正常2例(5.6%),异常34例(94.4%)。结论在新生儿期,对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病,脑功能的准确评估至关重要。其功能状态与脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)及脑电图(EEG)关系密切。BAEP与EEG为临床诊断HIE提供了有价值的客观依据,BAEP能客观、直接地反映脑功能状态及埙害程度,而常规的神经系统检查法和测听方法,在新生儿HIE中应用颇为困难,而BAEP检查敏感性高,影响因素小,结果准确可靠,说明BAEP、EEG对HIE的早期诊断,估计预后,指导治疗均有一定的价值,在某些情况下可能是唯一可靠的测试手段。
Objective To explore the role of brainstem auditory evoked potentials and electroencephalogram in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods The results of 36 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were analyzed by MEB-9100 BAEP instrument and ZN-7800 8-lead EEG instrument. Results BAEP was normal in 6 cases (16.7%) and abnormal in 30 cases (83.3%). EEG normal in 2 cases (5.6%), abnormal in 34 cases (94.4%). Conclusion In the neonatal period, accurate assessment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and brain function is crucial. Its functional status and brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and electroencephalogram (EEG) are closely related. BAEP and EEG provide valuable objective evidence for the clinical diagnosis of HIE. BAEP can reflect objectively and directly the state of brain function and harm degree. However, conventional neurological examination and audiometry methods are quite useful in neonatal HIE Difficult, and BAEP examination of high sensitivity, small factors, the results are accurate and reliable, indicating that the early diagnosis of HIE, EEG prognosis, guidance and treatment have some value, in some cases may be the only reliable means of testing .
