目的探讨检查表法在农村集中式供水系统进行风险评价的应用。方法选择某省以地面水和地下水为水源的水厂各一家,依据相关的标准规范建立检查表并对两水厂进行现场检查,应用半定量评价模型对风险等级进行评价;综合考虑定性和定量评价的结果,判定“风险易发点”。结果风险检查结果和半定量评价结果显示,两家水厂水源地均存在一定水质风险;水源的综合评价信息显示,一家水厂的水源风险等级为中度且为“风险易发点”。结论检查法可以发现了两水厂的潜在风险并进行风险度评价;该方法简单易用,具有一定推广价值。
Objective To explore the application of checklist method in risk assessment of rural centralized water supply system. Methods A water plant with groundwater and groundwater as the water source was selected in each province. A checklist was set up according to the relevant standards and the two water plants were inspected on site. The semi-quantitative evaluation model was used to evaluate the risk level. Results The results of risk assessment and semi-quantitative evaluation showed that there was some water quality risk in the water sources of both waterworks; the comprehensive evaluation information of water sources showed that the water risk level of one waterworks was moderate and “risk-prone” . Conclusion The inspection method can detect the potential risks of two water plants and evaluate the risks. The method is easy to use and has some promotional value.
