采用微量凯氏定氮法和氨基酸自动分析仪 ,分析了 14种大麦籽粒的蛋白质含量和赖氨酸含量 ,从中筛选出 8个籽粒蛋白质含量大于 12 % ,且赖氨酸含量都大于 0 .5 %的大麦品种。再采用RAPD技术对这 8个大麦材料基因组进行多态性分析 ,并推测 8个大麦材料间的遗传距离。本研究将为高蛋白和高赖氨酸大麦杂交育种亲本的选定提供依据。
The protein content and lysine content of 14 barley kernels were analyzed by micro-Kjeldahl method and amino acid analyzer. The results showed that the protein content of 8 kernels was more than 12% and the content of lysine was greater than 0.5 % Of barley varieties. The RAPD technique was used to analyze the genomes of the eight barley materials and to infer the genetic distance between eight barley materials. This study will provide a basis for the selection of high-protein and high-lysine hybrid breeding parents.
