研制得一种高效、多孔性钯/纤维氧化铝(或钯-铂/纤维氧化铝)催化燃烧板。此板适合于制作以天然气为燃气的远红外辐射器以提高能源的利用效率。当用钯含量为0.41%(以纤维氧化铝为基准)左右的钯/纤维氧化铝燃烧板燃烧天然气时,燃烧效率达96%以上,热强度范围为1.98—2.00kcal/cm~2.hr,废气中一氧化碳含量低于国内外废气规范标准。经500小时寿命试验表明,该板催化活性稳定,在热强度不变的情况下,燃烧效率保持在96%以上,废气中一氧化碳含量<100ppm。与目前所看到的文献报导结果相比,燃烧效率较之高2—6%左右,热强度高15—50%左右。此板亦可用作其他燃气的催化燃烧。
Developed a highly efficient, porous palladium / fiber alumina (or palladium - platinum / fiber alumina) catalytic combustion plate.
