针对12V240司型柴油机原钢头铝裙活塞存在的不足之处进行改进设计。通过装车试验考核表明改进设计合理，效果明显，提高了活塞与缸套的使用性能，达到改进设计的预期目标。
For 12V240 Secretary Diesel original aluminum head piston shortcomings exist to improve the design. Through the loading test examination shows that the improved design is reasonable, the effect is obvious, improve the performance of the piston and cylinder liner, to achieve the desired goal of improving the design.
