本工作研究了饱和度不同的三个 C_5叔醇的分离与固定液的极性、结构和担体吸附性之间的一些关系。实验表明:(1)在强极性固定液上三个 C_5叔醇按2-甲基丁烷-2-醇(MBA)、2-甲基-3-丁烯-2-醇(MBE)及2-甲基-3-丁炔-2-醇(MBI)的顺序流出。随着固定液的极性减弱它们按沸点顺序流出。在非极性固定液上的分离顺序则和强极性固定液的相反。(2)固定液中不饱和双键的存在将增加固定液的极性。(3)固定液中无极性基团存在时,极性与碳链的结构无关。(4)非极性化合物作固定液时,担体的微小吸附将使三个 C_5叔醇的分离变坏,固定液显示出稍高的极性。
This work studied the relationship between the separation of three C_5 tertiary alcohols with different saturations and the polarity, structure and adsorption capacity of the immobilized liquid. The experimental results show that: (1) Three C_5 tertiary alcohols on 2-methylbutan-2-ol (MBA), 2-methyl- 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol (MBI). As the fixatives diminish in polarity they flow out in boiling order. The order of separation on the non-polar fixatives is the opposite of that of the strong polar fixatives. (2) The presence of unsaturated double bonds in the fixative will increase the polarity of the fixative. (3) In the presence of non-polar groups in the stationary phase, the polarity is independent of the structure of the carbon chain. (4) When the non-polar compound is used as fixative solution, the slight adsorption of the carrier will deteriorate the separation of the three C_5 tertiary alcohols, and the fixative solution shows slightly higher polarity.
