本文以中碳Mo-Nb钢(0.8%Mo-0.06%Nb)为基,分别加入0.94%Cr和1.42%Mn,比较了Cr、Mn对材料抗H_2S腐蚀断裂性能的影响。两种试验钢的显微组织均为铁素体及均匀分布的细微碳化物。应用自动图象分析仪(AIA)分析了不同碳化物回火时的粗化程度。做了氢在钢中的渗透试验,测定了氢的扩散系数。进行了恒应力腐蚀试验。结果表明.两种材料在调质工艺相同时都具有较高的屈服点,而且具有几乎相同的抗H_2S腐蚀断裂性能。
In this paper, 0.94% Cr and 1.42% Mn were added into the medium carbon Mo-Nb steel (0.8% Mo-0.06% Nb) respectively to compare the effect of Cr and Mn on the corrosion resistance of the material to H_2S corrosion. The microstructures of the two test steels are all ferritic and uniformly distributed fine carbides. The degree of roughening during the tempering of different carbides was analyzed using an automatic image analyzer (AIA). Hydrogen penetration test in steel was done and the hydrogen diffusion coefficient was determined. A constant stress corrosion test was carried out. The results show that both materials have higher yield point at the same quenching and tempering process, and have almost the same anti-H 2 S corrosion cracking performance.
