本研究应用胎盘免疫调节因子(PIF)辅助治疗恶性肿瘤313例,并以同期诊断相同的恶性肿瘤313例作对照,以观察其疗效及对免疫功能的影响。结果表明:治疗组病人体重较对照组明显增加(P<0.001);CD+3;CD+4细胞、NK细胞活性和淋转率明显升高(P值均<0.001),CD+8细胞降低,但未达显著水平。CD+4/CD+8细胞比值治疗后比治疗前也有明显提高(P<0.05),而对照组无差异;IgG、IgM水平有明显提高(P<0.001),IgA水平有提高,但无显著差异。提示PIF是一种较好的免疫调节剂和免疫增强剂,具有明显提高机体免疫功能作用
