该试验就红菜苔种子大小和种皮颜色对种子发芽势、发芽率、简化活力指数以及红菜苔植株的熟性、株平均苔数、单株苔重、单位面积苔产量的影响进行了研究。结果表明:(1)大粒种子的简化活力指数、株平均苔数苔重及单位面积的苔产量均显著或极显著高于小粒种子,而且,大粒种子植株现蕾比小粒种子早4~5天。但种子大小对发芽势、发芽率无影响。(2)深褐色种子的发芽势、发芽率、简化活力指数均显著或极显著高于深红色和灰褐色种子,但种皮颜色对植株熟性、株平均苔数苔重、单位面积苔产量没有影响。(3)各处理组合中,大粒深褐色种子的发芽率和活力最高;而各处理组合的植株熟性及苔产量主要决定于种子大小。
In this experiment, the influence of seed size and color of seed coat on the germination potential, germination rate, simplified vitality index and the maturity of red cauliflower plants, the average number of moss per plant, the moss weight per plant and the moss yield per unit area the study. The results showed that: (1) The simplified vitality index, average mulch moss weight per unit area and moss yield per unit area of large seeds were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of small seeds. Moreover, the emergence of large seeds was 4-5 days earlier than that of small seeds . However, the seed size of germination potential, germination rate no effect. (2) The germination potential, germination rate and simplified vitality index of dark brown seed were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of dark red and tawny seed, but the color of seed coat had no effect on the plant maturity, the average number of moss and the moss per unit area No effect. (3) The germination rate and vigor of large-sized dark brown seeds were the highest in all treatment combinations. The plant ripeness and moss yield of each treatment combination were mainly determined by the seed size.
