１９９５年６月下旬至７月初，贵州省连续发生两次暴雨洪水。遵义市、江口县及铜仁市等地先后降大暴雨、特大暴雨，湘江上游、锦江、水河及其支流龙江河出现与本世纪最大洪水的量级相当的或超过实测最高洪水位的大洪水。本文依据报汛的和调查的水文资料阐述这两次暴雨及洪水的实况、特点和重现期，为有关防汛抗洪部门提供了科学依据。
Late June to early July 1995, Guizhou Province, two consecutive floods and torrential rains. Zunyi City, Jiangkou County and Tongren City successively reduced heavy rainfall and torrential rains. The upper reaches of the Xiangjiang River, the Jinjiang River and the Huangshui River and their tributaries, the Longjiang River, experienced large floods of the same order of magnitude as or exceeding the highest flood measured in the century . Based on the reported hydrological data and surveyed hydrological data, this article elaborates the actual conditions, characteristics and recurrence periods of these two heavy rainstorms and floods, and provides a scientific basis for the flood control and flood fighting departments concerned.
