目的探究对下肢骨折出院患者实施延伸护理的效果.方法随机将2017年1月至2019年1月我院90例下肢骨折出院患者分为对照组(45例,应用常规护理)、实验组(45例,应用延伸护理).均随访半年,对比两组患者自我护理能力评分、运动功能评分、护理服务好评度评分、护士工作投入度评分、并发症发生率.结果实验组护理后半年自我护理能力评分、运动功能评分均较对照组明显更高,P<0.05;实验组护理服务好评度评分、护士工作投入度评分相比对照组明显更高,P<0.05;实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.0
