目的 :运用新型分离方法微波辅助提取法 (MAE)来提取黄花蒿中的青蒿素。方法 :分别选用乙醇、三氯甲烷、环己烷、正己烷、30℃~ 6 0℃石油醚、6 0℃~ 90℃石油醚、12 0号溶剂油、6号抽提溶剂油作为萃取介质 ,在间歇微波辅助提取装置中 ,进行微波辅助提取实验。结果 :从微波辐射时间、溶剂比、物料粉碎度等工艺条件对青蒿素得率的影响。评价最佳溶剂是 6号抽提溶剂油。结论 :微波辅助提取法适合于提取黄花蒿中的青蒿素
Objective : To extract artemisinin from Artemisia annua by microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) using a novel separation method. METHODS: Ethanol, chloroform, cyclohexane, n-hexane, petroleum ether at 30°C to 60°C, petroleum ether at 60°C to 90°C, solvent oil No. 120 and solvent oil No. 6 were selected as extraction media. Microwave-assisted extraction experiments were performed in an intermittent microwave-assisted extraction device. Results: The effect of artemisinin yield on microwave irradiation time, solvent ratio, material grinding degree and other technological conditions. The best solvent for evaluation was #6 extraction solvent oil. Conclusion :Microwave-assisted extraction is suitable for extracting artemisinin from Artemisia annua
