中国(广东)自由贸易试验区已经设立,自贸区在构建开放型经济新体制的同时,要配套建设法治化营商环境,这给人民法院发展带来了难得的机遇,也对人民法院审判工作提出了新的要求,对人民法院的司法理念、司法能力提出了重大挑战。本文应对和服务自贸区建设,提出应在审判机构建设、案件管辖、审判队伍建设和司法改革等方面进行积极思考与探索。 The free trade pilot zone of China (Guangdong) has been set up. While building a new open-economy system, the free trade zone has to complement the construction of a business-friendly environment under the rule of law. This has brought a rare opportunity for the development of the people’s court and also brought a trial to the people’s court The work put forward new requirements and posed major challenges to the judicial concept and judicial capacity of the people’s court. This paper deals with the construction of free trade area and proposes that we should think and explore actively in the construction of judicial institutions, case jurisdiction, judicial team building and judicial reform.
