采用离子交换法制备了C_u(Ⅱ)-13x型分子筛,在250~300℃及14~140kPa下,用纯一氧化碳将C_u(Ⅱ)-13x分子筛还原成C_u(Ⅰ)-13x型固体吸附剂。用静态法测定了一氧化碳、氮气等单组分吸附等温线,用流动法测定了一氧化碳和氮在不同组成下的混合物吸附平衡数据。根据络合吸附和物理吸附具有加和性的规则,提出了一个同时考虑络合吸附和物理吸附的吸附平衡模型,此模型能很好地关联其实验结果。
C_u (Ⅱ) -13x molecular sieve was prepared by ion exchange method. C_u (Ⅱ) -13x molecular sieve was reduced to C_u (Ⅰ) -13x solid adsorbent with pure carbon monoxide at 250 ~ 300 ℃ and 14 ~ 140kPa. The single-component adsorption isotherms of carbon monoxide, nitrogen, etc. were determined by the static method. The adsorption equilibrium data of the mixture of carbon monoxide and nitrogen under different compositions were determined by flow method. According to the rules that the complexation adsorption and the physical adsorption have the additive property, an adsorption equilibrium model considering both the complex adsorption and the physical adsorption is proposed. The model can well correlate the experimental results.
