NF κB是一种多向性转录调节蛋白 ,参与多种细胞因子和炎症介质基因表达的转录调控 ,与多种免疫炎症性疾病有着密切关系。在哺乳动物细胞中 ,一氧化氮合酶家族中诱生型一氧化氮合酶在致炎性细胞因子或脂多糖刺激下 ,其催化合成的一氧化氮在许多免疫炎症性疾病中发挥着重要作用。因此 ,阐述NF κB及诱生型一氧化氮合酶基因在NF κB参与诱导激活下催化合成的一氧化氮在肾脏疾病中的作用 ,有着重要的理论意义和潜在的临床应用价值。
NF κB is a multidirectional transcriptional regulatory protein involved in the transcriptional regulation of gene expression of various cytokines and inflammatory mediators and is closely related to a variety of immune inflammatory diseases. In mammalian cells, the nitric oxide synthase family of nitric oxide synthase enzymes catalyze the synthesis of nitric oxide, which is stimulated by proinflammatory cytokines or lipopolysaccharide, plays an important role in many immune and inflammatory diseases effect. Therefore, to elucidate the role of NF-kappaB and inducible nitric oxide synthase gene in the synthesis of nitric oxide catalyzed by NF-kappaB in kidney disease has important theoretical significance and potential clinical value.
