误区一:大运动量运动有助益寿延年“生命在于运动”早已成为人类的健康口号,不少科学研究向人类证明了运动与健康的关系。适量的运动能够促进健康,使人延年益寿。然而突然的运动量则能引起精神紊乱,失眠,使人始终感到疲惫,能加重心血管疾病和肾病。突然加大运动量或长期超强度的运动会迫使身体需要更多的氧,结果加速氧化过程,使人老得更快。男运动员甚至有可能因为精子生产减少而不能生育。而且不同的运动还经常会得一些机体的损伤。如:游泳容易患慢性支气管炎、上颌窦炎、肺病和中耳炎;跑步有可能造成心脏负担过重,长期处在紧张状态,免疫力低下;练习器练习常常造成撕裂韧带,心脏病,肝病和外伤。
