深入剖析目前煤炭专网计费系统的状况之后,介绍了国内大型煤炭企业专网计费系统普遍存在并亟待解决的问题。为使煤炭专网计费系统能快速适应煤炭企业重组改制的新环境,需要加强电话管理的规范化和科学化,改善服务质量,提高服务水平。通过学习和研究国内其他大型煤炭企业的专网,提出一套我们的计费系统改进方案。
