在介绍电火花线切割加工自动编程系统体系结构的基础上 ,对其各模块功能及相互之间的关系进行了详细的分析。通过对零件的特征造型及面向对象技术的应用 ,建立了自动编程系统零件的特征模型。实现了自动编程系统几何信息、工艺信息的智能化设计。通过OpenGL技术的应用实现了系统的三维加工过程仿真 ,最后提出了未来自动编程系统的发展方向。
On the basis of introducing the system architecture of WEDM automatic programming system, the functions of each module and the relations among them are analyzed in detail. Through the feature modeling of parts and the application of object-oriented technology, a feature model of automatic programming system parts is established. Realization of automatic programming system geometry information, process information intelligent design. Through the application of OpenGL technology, the 3D machining process simulation of the system is realized, and finally the future development of automatic programming system is proposed.
