在航空工业中,大型锻件的生产及其冶金质量的控制是一个带普遍性的问题,而在新机研制中尤为突出。这首先是因为大型锻件通常用于飞机或发动机的最重要部位,是全机主要受力构件,因此大型锻件的冶金质量对于确保飞机、发动机的使用性是至关紧要的。其次大型锻件的技术难度大、生产周期也长。为了加快新机的研制进度并保证其冶金质量,大型锻件的试制是新机研制工作顺利进行的技术关键之一。
In the aviation industry, the production of large forgings and the control of metallurgical quality are a common problem, especially in the development of new aircraft. This is primarily because large forgings are commonly used in the most important parts of aircraft or engines and are the main force-bearing components of the whole machine. Therefore, the metallurgical quality of large forgings is crucial to ensure aircraft and engine serviceability. Second large forgings technical difficulties, the production cycle is also long. In order to speed up the development of new aircraft and ensure its metallurgical quality, trial production of large forgings is one of the key technologies for the successful development of new aircraft.
