作者用强阳离子交换柱和磷酸氢二铵液(加有有机改良剂二氧六环)流动相的高压液体层析法,分析了盐酸苯丙醇胺等五个化合物相互配伍的三类复方片剂和糖浆。测定结果为理论量的95.7~104.0%,标准液Ⅰ和内标液Ⅰ峰面积比的标准偏差(n=6)为1.11~3.24%。从而说明了该法在分析肾上腺素类和抗组织胺类药物复方制剂上的实用性。
