木工机床刀片是由15mm厚的60Si_2Mn钢板冲压成形,刨制刃口进行热处理,最后精磨平面和刃口。要求热处理硬度HRC47~49。原工艺如图1所示。淬火加热在RJM-2.8—10A型电炉中进行,每炉装40件;回火在硝酸钠电炉中进行,每炉装一框。对按此工艺处理的100件刀片进行硬度检查,HRC均在36—38之间。由于淬火加热温度过高、时间长,使工件表面产生了严重的氧化脱碳现象,造成硬度降低。检查金相组织为魏氏体+珠光体+屈氏体。
