为了研究经过特殊加固的SMD石英晶振的抗高过载能力,选取同批次15只SMD石英晶振样品,利用自由式霍普金森压杆对样品进行高过载环境下的动态加载测试。结果表明,特殊加固处理的SMD石英晶振样品经过高过载试验可以正常工作,电气参数变化满足正常使用要求,频率变化率、阻抗变化分别在±5×10–6,±5Ω以内。
In order to study the anti-overload capability of specially strengthened SMD quartz crystal, 15 SMD quartz crystal samples of the same batch were selected and subjected to dynamic loading test under high overload with Free Hopkinson pressure bar. The results show that the special solidified SMD quartz crystal samples can work normally after high overload test. The electrical parameters change to meet the normal requirements. The frequency change rate and impedance change are within ± 5 × 10-6 and ± 5Ω respectively.
