目的:建立羊蹄药材HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Thermo C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长254 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:检测了不同来源10批羊蹄药材,标定了11个共有峰,相似度较高,各色谱峰分离度较好,达到了中药指纹图谱研究的技术要求。结论:本方法稳定可靠,信息量大,为羊蹄药材的鉴别和质量评价与控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprinting method of Radix Astragalus. Methods: The chromatographic column was Thermo C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). Acetonitrile (A) - 0.4% phosphoric acid (B) was used as the mobile phase and gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / 25 ° C. Results: 10 batches of Hippophae rhamnoides L. from different sources were detected and 11 common peaks were calibrated. The similarity was high and the chromatographic peak resolution was good, which met the technical requirements of fingerprint study of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, and has a large amount of information, which provides the basis for identification and quality evaluation and control of Radix.
