自1983年3月至1984年7月,我院眼科和中医科共同协作在门诊进行中西医结合治疗单疱病毒角膜炎30例,分析报告如下。 一般资料 凡到眼科门诊就诊的角膜炎病人,首先进行裸眼视力检查,角膜荧光素染色冲洗后在裂隙灯下检查,角膜感觉检查。经治疗30例(31只眼)男性21例,女性9例,双眼1例,单眼29例。最小年龄12岁,最大年龄66岁。见表1。 临床症状 30例病人大部分有怕光、流泪、不适感。客观检查艰球不充血3眼,轻度混合性充血13眼,中度混合性充血12眼,重度混合性充血3眼,荧光素染色阳性,有2只眼角膜后弹力层皱摺发生,7只眼角膜色素膜炎,角膜后均有kp出现。角膜感觉正常7眼,感觉减退呈45°14眼,呈90°6眼,呈180°4眼。点状角膜炎17眼占54.8％,树
