西方发达国家经济快速增长走的是一条以牺牲环境为代价之路，前车之鉴，引以为戒．我国欲从一个经济不发达的国家迅速赶超发达国家，决不能走“先发展，后治理”之路．可是，当前我国相当多的地区，尤其是经济发达地区，没有摆正发展与环境的辩证关系，从而为经济的可持续发展带来隐患． The rapid economic growth in the developed western countries is based on the experience of sacrificing the environment and drawing lessons from it. Our country wants to catch up with and overtake the developed countries from an economically underdeveloped country by no means and should never take the path of “developing first and developing afterwards.” However, at present quite a considerable number of regions in our country, especially economically developed areas, have not properly developed a dialectical relationship with the environment and thus brought about potential risks to the sustainable economic development.
