目的探讨多药耐药基因1(MDR1)在晚期进展期胃癌患者外周血中的表达。方法实时荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)法检测31例晚期进展期胃癌患者外周血中MDR1的表达,分析MDR1表达与相关临床参数间的关系。结果以中位数0.1212为界值,31例患者中,MDR1高表达组16例(≥0.1212),低表达组15例(<0.1212)。MDR1表达的高低在不同性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度及TNM分期间均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论采用FQ-PCR法可在胃癌患者外周血中检出MDR1;其表达量高低可能对晚期进展期胃癌患者化疗方案的制定有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance gene 1 (MDR1) in peripheral blood of advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods The expression of MDR1 in peripheral blood of 31 patients with advanced gastric cancer was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR). The relationship between MDR1 expression and clinical parameters was analyzed. Results The median was 0.1212. Among the 31 patients, MDR1 was highly expressed in 16 cases (≥0.1212) and in low expression group (15 cases, <0.1212). The level of MDR1 expression in different gender, age, tumor differentiation and TNM stage no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion FQ-PCR can be used to detect MDR1 in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer. The expression level of MDR1 may have some reference value for the development of chemotherapy regimen in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
