目的采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸异丙嗪片溶出度。方法高效液相外标法,以C18化学键和硅胶为固定相,以水(用冰醋酸调节PH值至2.3)-甲醇(55:45)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:35.0℃。结果线性范围为:0.0506μg~0.506μg,R=0.9998。结论实验证明此方法简便并能准确测定盐酸异丙嗪片溶出度。
Objective To determine the dissolution of promethazine hydrochloride tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods High performance liquid phase external standard method was used with C18 chemical bond and silica gel as the stationary phase. The mobile phase was water (adjusted to pH 2.3 with glacial acetic acid) -methanol (55:45) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min; column temperature: 35.0 ° C. The linear range of results was 0.0506μg ~ 0.506μg, R = 0.9998. Conclusion Experiments show that this method is simple and can accurately measure the dissolution of promethazine hydrochloride tablets.
