报告我院近１３年间收治５６５例前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）中遇到的一些特殊情况，诸如ＢＰＨ伴逼尿肌收缩无力失代偿、伴不稳定膀胱以及伴炎症和高龄ＢＰＨ症等。结合文献复习对特殊类型ＢＰＨ的发病机理以及临床诊治中的体会等进行讨论。认为：认识和恰当处理此种特殊情况有利于进一步提高疗效、减少并发症。
Report of our hospital in the past 13 years admitted to 565 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) encountered some special cases, such as BPH with detrusor contraction inability to pay, with unstable bladder and associated with inflammation and elderly BPH disease. With the literature review of the pathogenesis of specific types of BPH and clinical diagnosis and treatment of the discussion. He believes that: Recognizing and properly handling this special situation is conducive to further improve the efficacy and reduce complications.
