苦木素是仅见于苦木科的一类高含氧、复杂的降解三萜化合物。作者等曾对高樗(Ailanthus excelsaRoxb.)的根皮进行化学的研究,已分离到抗癌的苦木素类化合物和铁屎米-6-酮(Canthin-6-one)型生物碱~*。在分离上述两类化合物中,得到了一种新的成分。新化合物(Ⅰ),熔点174～176°,质谱测得分子式C_(30)H_(52)O_3。经~1H-NMR对(Ⅰ)和双乙酰衍生物(Ⅱ)鉴定,并按照Nakanishi的镧系复杂方法证实C-24的羟基是S-构型从而推断新化合物(Ⅰ)的完整构造应是
Bitternwood is a type of highly oxygenated, complex, degraded triterpene compound found only in the family Marigolds. The authors have conducted chemical studies on the root bark of Ailanthus excelsaRoxb. Anti-cancer bitter lignins and Canthin-6-one alkaloids ~ * . In the separation of these two compounds, a new ingredient was obtained. The new compound (Ⅰ), melting point 174 ~ 176 °, mass spectrometry molecular formula C_ (30) H_ (52) O_3.
