目的探讨离断性肾益成形术治疗肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的远期效果．方法对14例接受离断性肾盂成形术治疗的分盂输尿管交界处狭窄患者进行前瞻性或（和）回顾性研究．主要观察手术前后肾孟肾盏形态和肾功能的变化．结果14例患者的肾盂肾盏形态均较术前有明显改善并于术后一年余处于稳定状态；术后所有症状均消失；该手术能明显提高年轻患者尤其是小儿的肾功能。对于年龄大于40岁的患者则不能提高肾功能。结论离断性肾盂成型术具有良好的远期效果，对改善肾盂形态、提高年轻患者肾功能尤其是小儿肾功能有明显作用。
Objective To investigate the long-term effect of amputation nephrooplasty in the treatment of ureteropelvic junction stenosis. Methods Fourteen patients with stenosed ureteropelvic stenosis undergoing pyeloplasty were prospectively and / or retrospectively studied. The main observation of morphological changes of renal calyx and renal function before and after surgery. Results The morphological changes of pyelic patients in all 14 patients were significantly improved compared with that before operation and remained stable more than one year after operation. All the symptoms disappeared after operation. The operation could significantly improve the renal function of young patients, especially children. For patients older than 40 years of age can not improve renal function. Conclusion Intermittent pyeloplasty has a good long-term effect, which has a significant effect on improving renal pelvis morphology and improving renal function in young patients, especially in children.
