这几年,市民谈上海楼市大有些“谈虎色变”的忧虑, 但自去年以来,随着中央、上海市委、市府出台了一系列加强房地产业调控的文件,其积极效应开始逐渐显现。笔者认为,今年开始上海楼市将回归理性,重塑消费环境。不仅为市民的住房消费提供了更好的环境,同时健康发展的房地产业必将有利于促进全市的经济社会发展。 In recent years, members of the public have been more concerned about the property market in Shanghai.
