寻根问祖绩效管理是个舶来品,是伴随着改革开放的浪潮登陆中国大陆的。如同其他外来文化一样,绩效管理也遇到了阻力,出现了严重的水土不服。纵观国外企业,大多数企业都在执行严格而有效的绩效考核制度;而我们国内的企业,无论大小,推行绩效管理的成功率不到50%。效率非但没有提高,反而下降,凝聚力不但没有加强,组织更为涣散。一时间大家开始质疑被洋人视为“法宝”的绩效管理,莫非是人家没把“真经”传给我们?
Root seeking ancestral performance management is a stranger, is accompanied by the tide of reform and opening up in mainland China. Like other foreign cultures, performance management also encountered resistance and a serious acclimatization. Looking at foreign companies, most companies are implementing strict and effective performance appraisal system; and our domestic enterprises, regardless of size, the performance management success rate of less than 50%. Efficiency not only failed to improve, but declined. Cohesion not only failed to strengthen but the organization became even more fragmented. For a time we began to question the foreigners as “magic ” performance management, is it that people did not put “Scripture ” to us?
