食品安全正日益成为一个全球性问题,它不仅关系到家家户户的身心健康,也关系着整个国家和民族的发展前景。近年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展,食品安全问题频发,暴露出我国食品安全存在的问题和隐患。2009年6月1日,《食品安全法》正式实施,确立了新的食品安全监管体制。文章拟从法条本身和监管体制两方面对该法规出台后新的食品安全问题进行分析。
Food safety is increasingly becoming a global problem. It is not only related to the physical and mental health of every household but also the development prospects of the entire country and nation. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, frequent food safety problems have exposed the problems and hidden dangers of food safety in our country. June 1, 2009, “Food Safety Law” was officially implemented, established a new food safety regulatory system. The article intends to analyze the new food safety issues after the promulgation of the law from both the law itself and the regulatory system.
