目的探讨干扰素α 1b治疗腮腺炎性睾丸炎疗效。方法 78例流行性腮腺炎性睾丸炎患者随机分成两组 ,对照组 (32例 )采用常规治疗 ,观察组 (46例 )在常规治疗的基础上加用α干扰素 1MU或 3MU ,肌肉注射 ,连用 3～ 5天。结果观察组近期总有效率 95 .6 5 %与对照组 75 .0 0 %比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,远期随访睾丸萎缩发生率分别是0 .35 %和 2 0 .8% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;1MU和 3MU治疗组间疗效无显著差异。结论干扰素α 1b治疗腮腺炎性睾丸炎疗效好 ,且无明显副作用 ;1MU和 3MU剂量组间疗效差异不显著。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of interferon α 1b in the treatment of mumps orchitis. Methods A total of 78 patients with mumps orchitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 32) received routine treatment. The observation group (n = 46) received intramuscular injection of interferon alpha (1MU or 3MU) Used 3 to 5 days. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65% compared with 75.0% in the control group (P <0.01), and the incidence of testicular atrophy in long-term follow-up was 0.35% and 20% respectively .8% (P <0.05); There was no significant difference in the curative effect between 1MU and 3MU treatment groups. Conclusions Interferon α 1b is effective in mumps orchitis, and has no obvious side effects. There is no significant difference in the curative effect between 1MU and 3MU dose groups.
