目的研究脑梗塞患者的三维脑电地形图(3-D)向改变及临床应用价值。方法参照CT、MR和ECT结果,对42例脑梗塞患者进行三维(3-D)、二维脑电地形图便(2-D)和常规EEG对比分析。结果与影像学检查结果一致者:3-D为40例,2-D为26例,EEG为23例。结论3-D检查结果与影像学一致李高于2-D,3-D对大脑皮层支梗塞可以准确显示其部位与范围,对深部梗塞的显示尚有不足。
Objective To study the change of 3-D electroencephalogram (3-D) and clinical value in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods According to CT, MR and ECT results, 42 patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed by 3-D, 2-D and conventional EEG. Results and imaging findings were consistent: 3-D was 40 cases, 2-D was 26 cases, EEG was 23 cases. Conclusions 3-D examination results are consistent with imaging studies. Li higher than 2-D, 3-D on the cerebral cortex branch infarction can accurately show the location and extent of the deep infarction is still inadequate.
