目的:建立紫外吸收系数法测定小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒含量的不确定度的评定方法。方法:通过紫外吸收系数法的数学公式模型,采用直接代入计算法进行评估,计算各变量的不确定度,由此计算合成不确定度。结果:评定了小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒含量测定过程中各因素对测定结果的影响,计算测定结果的相对扩展不确定度为2.3%。结论:本测量不确定度的评定可用于小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚含量测定结果的评价,对于在行政执法、商业贸易、维护权益等方面具有重要参考意义。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the uncertainty of the content of paracetamol and Huang Minmin in children by UV absorption coefficient method. Methods: According to the mathematic formula model of UV absorption coefficient method, the direct substitution calculation method was used to evaluate and calculate the uncertainty of each variable to calculate the synthesis uncertainty. Results: The effects of various factors on determination of paracetamol and Huangnaomin granules in children were evaluated. The relative expansion uncertainty of the calculated results was 2.3%. Conclusion: The evaluation of the uncertainty of this measurement can be used to evaluate the determination of paracetamol content in paracetamol, Huangnaomin granule, which is of great reference significance in the areas of administrative law enforcement, commerce and trade, and safeguarding rights and interests.
