尽管中国已经施行了《反垄断法》,但是《反垄断法》自身的完善与反垄断法律体系的健全仍然是一个长期的改革与发展历程。本文在综合分析各个时期产业组织理论对反垄断政策的产生与演变影响的基础上,总结了当代反垄断政策的发展趋势,并对主要国家反垄断政策的合理因素进行借鉴,希望能对我国反垄断政策的完善提供一些借鉴。
Although China has implemented the Anti-Monopoly Law, the perfection of the Anti-Monopoly Law and the perfection of the antitrust legal system are still a long-term process of reform and development. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the influence of industrial organization theory on the emergence and evolution of antitrust policy in each period, this article summarizes the development trend of contemporary antitrust policy and draws lessons from the reasonable factors of antitrust policy in major countries. Monopoly policy to improve some to provide some reference.
