根据酒精-水相平衡的特点,设计出用于酒精精馏的分割式流程,使得原来因塔顶与塔底温差过大而不能应用的压缩式热泵得以应用.计算表明,此时的热力学效率比常规精馏提高82%.
According to the characteristics of alcohol-water balance, a separate flow for alcohol distillation was designed so that the compression heat pump which could not be used due to the excessive temperature difference between the top of the column and the bottom of the column was used.
