本文引入浆体体积富余系数γ_p用来描述骨料体积和浆体体积的平衡状况。试验设计了两种水胶比的混凝土,通过调整混凝土中骨料体积和浆体体积来改变浆体的富余情况,研究了γ_p对混凝土拌合物工作性及硬化后强度、体积稳定性和渗透性的影响。试验结果表明,0.46和0.36水胶比混凝土的浆体体积富余系数分别为γ_p=0.251和γ_p=0.630时,混凝土拌合物坍落度及硬化后抗压强度指标最优,且具有较好的体积稳定性和抗渗透性。在最优浆体体积富余系数的基础上,结合最大密实度理论和绝对体积法,建立了基于最优浆体体积富余系数的混凝土配合比设计方法。
This paper introduces the slurry volume surplus coefficient γ_p used to describe the balance of aggregate volume and slurry volume. Based on the optimum coefficient of bulk liquid volume, combined with the theory of maximum compaction and the absolute volume method, the design method of concrete mix ratio based on the optimal coefficient of bulk liquid volume is established.
