本文采用经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像（ＴＶＣＤＩ）技术观测了３４例盆腔静脉曲张症（ＰＶ）患者，将ＴＶＣＤＩ测值与手术测值进行了相关性分析，并比较了单侧与健侧间盆腔静脉各测值的差异。结果表明：ＴＶＣＤＩ测值与手术测值呈明显正相关，尤以疗变相关性最好（ｒ＝０．９４）。１８例单侧ＰＶ的患侧与健侧间盆腔静脉各测值均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），符合ＰＶ的病理改变。本研究认为ＴＶＣＤＩ的测值均可准确反应手术测值，是无创性诊断和评价ＰＶ的首选方法。
In this study, 34 patients with pelvic varices (PV) were observed by transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging (TVCDI) technique. The correlation between TVCDI measurement and surgical findings was analyzed. Differences between the measured values of lateral pelvic veins. The results showed that the TVCDI measured value was positively correlated with the operative measurement, especially the correlation between the treatment and the best (r = 0.94). There were significant differences in the measured value of pelvic veins between ipsilateral and contralateral PV in 18 cases of unilateral PV (P <0.01), which accorded with the pathological changes of PV. In this study, TVCDI measurements can accurately reflect the surgical measurement, non-invasive diagnosis and evaluation of PV is the preferred method.
