磷酸盐包埋料是传统的钴铬钼高熔合金义齿支架的包埋材料,近来又逐渐应用于多种贵金属及非贵金属合金的冠、桥制作。磷酸盐包埋料具有几个重要特点:①为铸件收缩提供充分的包埋膨胀;②容易从高强度包埋材料中取出铸件;③能得到完整的、无孔的铸件,同时能减少铸造缺陷。本文研究了影响磷酸盐包埋料凝固膨胀的因素。
Phosphate embedded material is a traditional cobalt chromium molybdenum high melting alloy denture stent embedded material, and has recently been gradually applied to a variety of precious metals and non-precious metal alloy crown, bridge production. Phosphate-embedded material has several important features: ① for casting shrinkage to provide adequate embedding expansion; ② easy to remove the castings from high-strength embedded materials; ③ can get a complete, non-porous castings, while reducing casting defects . In this paper, the factors that affect the solidification and expansion of phosphate-embedding material were studied.
